Architectural decisions

Decisions verifiable by the implementation are recorded in ADRs: frontend/backend separation, PostgreSQL + Redis, categories by directories, work separated from file, persistent jobs and HTTP Range.

The roadmap is not a decision. PostgreSQL, Redis, S3/R2, external workers, Go, multi-user and horizontal scale remain directions under evaluation in roadmap.
