Definition of Done

A material change is completed when, as applicable:

• behavior implemented and without duplicating abstraction;
• contracts/IDs/boundaries preserved;
• errors, loading, cleanup, mobile and accessibility treated;
• unit/integrated/corresponding E2E test updated;
• new migration, never old migration edited;
• updated API area documentation and inventory;
• updated LLM/invariant context if moved architecture;
• ADR created for significant decision; -lint, tests, build, performance and check docs approved;
• Docker validated when changed environment, proxy, PWA or integration.
